24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED ON ALL CAKE ORDERS

12PM each day is the cutoff time for the next day. If you place an order before 12pm, you can have delivery or pickup the next day. Our website has built in cut off times. If the date you want to select is not available, then it is either past the cut off time, or we have exceeded our capacity for the date in question.

ALL CAKE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ONLINE

We do not take cake orders by telephone, instagram messages or email.

ALL CAKE ORDERS REQUIRE ADVANCE PAYMENT USING OUR ONLINE ORDER AND CHECKOUT SYSTEM.

For customer security, we do not log or retain credit card information or records.

CANCELLATIONS BY 12:00PM THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY OR PICKUP WILL BE GIVEN A FULL REFUND.

If you call after 12:00pm the day before your scheduled pick up or delivery, we will be unable to offer a refund.

WE OFFER BASIC INSCRIPTIONS ON ALL OF OUR CAKES.

For example: A simply sentiment like "Happy Birthday Mom". Every cake's page has a text field for you to add your inscription. Please be sure to double check the accuracy of the text / name you want inscribed on your cake.

WE DO NOT CUSTOMIZE THE PRE-MADE CAKE DESIGNS ON OUR MENU.

We do however offer a Custom 6" Cake Builder which allows you to design your own style of cake with your very own colours and inclusions.
