Two layers of Red Velvet cake sandwich a thick serving of light and fluffy, coconut cream based vanilla frosting - coated with a smooth layer of divine chocolate ganache. It has never let us, or them, down.

INGREDIENTS:

Red Velvet Cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), cocoa, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2) sugar, apple sauce, vanilla, coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, colour. Frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides) coconut cream, salt, vanilla. Chocolate Topping: Vegan chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), coconut oil.
