Strawberry Lemonade Curd Filling: coconut cream (coconut milk, water, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite (color retention)), sugar, lemon juice, tapioca starch, salt, strawberry emulsion, vanilla. Vanilla Frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides), coconut cream, salt, vanilla, color, colored cocoa butter.
